Room in a 2-bed apt in modern Bushwick building

I'm moving out of New York for work and looking for someone to fill my bedroom in Bushwick, from March 1 through the end of the lease on July 14 (and it should be a cinch to take over the lease if you want to stay longer). There may be some flexibility for an earlier move-in date, and the bedroom can be furnished. You'll be sharing the apartment with my lovely roommate, but she does spend many nights at her boyfriend's so you wouldn't have to worry about fighting over the shower in the morning. The bedroom is ALL windows, so it gets great light during the day. Each room has its own ductless mini-split that heats the apartment in the winter and keeps it cool in summer. I was skeptical of its ability to cool the main living area at first, but it actually works very well. We split internet, which is an added $40 a month. The whole building is entirely electric so costs are pretty low (about $35 per person a month), with the added bonus of not having to worry about gas leaks. Amenities include in-building laundry, a parking garage with Zipcars, and not one but two roof decks with views of Manhattan. The Dekalb L train stop is less than a block away, the Knickerbocker M is about four blocks away, and a Blink gym is a little more than a block away. A cafe, a pet store, and a bodega are all at the same intersection. Couples and pets welcome. Building requires a $20 credit check.
