3 Friends Seeking Roommate for Bushwick Apt

Location:
Our 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment is located very close to the Myrtle-Broadway station on the JMZ lines. The area is a borderland between Bushwick and Bed-Stuy with some solid neighborhood bars and cafes (i. e. Caf? Erzulie, Concrete, Rebecca?s, Baby Skip?s, among others). There are several laundry mat options within a few blocks radius and three primary grocery stores close by (Mr. Kiwi?s, Sprouts Market, Food Bazaar) with decent selections of fresh produce and pantry staples.

Rent:
$725/month (does not include shared expenses, such as gas, electric, and internet)

Living Arrangement:
3 friends seeking a fourth addition for our Bushwick apartment to replace our outgoing roommate. You would be subleasing from him until the lease expires in January 2021 (possibility of extension/taking over the lease). While we all have our own work schedules, extended friend groups, and independent projects, we really enjoy the time we spend together at the apartment. We?re all easy to get along with and value the sense of community we?ve created in our space. We cook meals together, host parties and rooftop BBQs, and plan weekend excursions occasionally. Ideally, we?re looking for someone who wants to be part of this communal environment, and who brings their own contributions and interests to the group dynamic. We would prefer someone open-minded, effective at communicating, responsible, environmentally conscious, and cool with participating in regular cleanings of the apartment/having assigned household responsibilities.
