This is a queen-sized bedroom in a 2 bed/1 bath apartment in Bushwick available January 1st or sooner. Located less than 2 minutes from the Dekalb L stop, 3 minutes from the Jefferson L stop and 12 minutes from the Central Ave M stop. It's Bushwick so there are plenty of coffee shops, bars and restaurants close by. The Laundromat is at the end of the block (offers dry cleaning, and wash and fold).

The room fits a Queen size bed, dresser, night stand and bookcase. There is access to the fire escape from this room, and my previous used to sit out and read. It has a large built in closet with additional overhead storage.

I'm a Librarian and work both a full time and part time job M-F. I do like to cook when I'm home and enjoy downtime. I have 1 cat, Loki, he's very affectionate and loves ear scratches.

I'm looking for someone who's clean and respectful, and is either a working professional or graduate student.
