Chill 3 Bedroom Brooklyn Loft, in search of roomma

Hello ! My name is Alex. My roommate Sam and I are looking for a roommate for our third/final room in our apartment. We have a rad lofted 3 Br 1 Ba 1st fl apartment in Bushwick, just steps away from the Myrtle Broadway JMZ, and about 10-12 minute walk from the L.

The apartment has plenty of space with the bedrooms being situated upstairs and the downstairs entirely devoted to living space. IThe floor plan is semi open, and we have a good sized kitchen area, a dining area and a big living room. Everything is a bit DIY here so no two rooms in the building look alike. The building itself has a front court yard, back/side yard, and roof deck (currently being updated). It also has a huge basement with a pool table, ping pong table, tv room, gym, yoga/ballet room, and rehearsal spaces.

It's also dog friendly. Speaking of which, I do have a dog. A friendly 30 lbs Jindo/Shiba Inu mix named Archer (he is ridiculously cute).

We're both working professionals. I work for a non-profit in the Psych. field. Sam is working as an Audio Engineer. We're roommates turned legit friends. I'm a non-smoker while Sam does smoke (but never in the house). Sam is a vegetarian, while I am not. I enjoy punk shows and taking photos in my spare time. Sam is likewise into going to shows of most kinds and will definitely be down for movie nights and the like.
