One Bedroom in Bushwick Duplex

I'm moving in with my boyfriend so I have to give up this apartment that I love and my amazing roommates. The apartment is a ground floor duplex. The room is on the street level along with another bedroom on the same floor. The rooms are on opposite of the apartment so you'll get lots of privacy. The basement level has another bedroom that is occupied by a couple. Each floor has its own entrance. There is a full bathroom on the ground floor and a half bathroom on the bottom floor. The apartment features hardwood flooring and really high ceilings. The high ceilings make lots of storage space in the closet and wall space for posters or paintings. The windows are about 8' and fill the room with sunlight most of the day. The room can comfortably fit a queen sized bed, desk, dresser and small tables. This room comes with a dresser, a large flat- screened TV and a queen-sized bed. There is also backyard space where we grill and grow plants in the summer. It is located within a few blocks from the L at Jefferson, M at Central Ave and JMZ at Myrtle Ave.
This apartment is the perfect location for good food and nightlife. It is walking distance to several bars/clubs like Elsewhere, House of Yes and Three Diamond Door. There are amazing restaurants like Mominette and Arepera Guacuco as well as smaller lower budget cuchifritos, diners and pizza spots. Everything is open late so you'll be able to find food no matter how early you wake up or however late you get home. Grabbing breakfast on the way to work is easy since there are numerous delis, bakeries and coffee shops around the corner. Literally anything you could need is within 6 blocks of this apartment.
My roommates are very kind, relaxed people. We share utilities and cleaning supplies.
