Hii! :) I?m subletting my room for the month of September with a chance to signing the lease on November 1st and staying for a year if everything works out (preferably someone that actually wants to sign the lease) I?m moving to another room in the same apartment. You?ll have another roommate, Zoe, but she won?t be renewing the lease so you?d live with her just for this month.

It?s a three bedroom apartment with two bathrooms, (you?ll only share the bathroom with one roommate).
5 min walk to the J/Z
15 min walk to the L
18 min walk to Broadway Junction

Rite Aid and Key Food 5mins away walking
Laundromat 3 mins away - DROP OFF SERVICE????

About me:
I?m a freelance working in the film industry so I go from being extremely busy and working really long hours to being off for a month or two. Ideally looking for someone that has full time job, pays rent on time, doesn?t bring the party home/has people over all the time and it?s considered about noise. Cleaning after yourself should be a must :) I see my home as the place to have peace and quiet away from the craziness of this city+my job.
I?m planning to get a cat so if you like cats is a plus :)
