I am looking for 2 down to earth roommates who are responsible for paying bills on time. And if you're a music producer or musician... even better! This lovely brick, 3 bed apartment in the heart of bushwick is a gold mine. 900$ a month each person. 7 MONTH LEASE! Must be a student and/or employed. One room is smaller but comes with a twin sized bed. the other room is larger with no bed but can fit a full size. First come first serve! Im really looking for quiet individuals who are very goal driven. No work from home peeps only under certain circumstances. Positive energy only! I am an Uber driver at day and a music producer at night. I don't blast music, I'm usually producing with headphones as my neighbors have kids who are in bed quite early, just out of respect.
