Two rooms in my gigantic apartment in Bushwick (L, M and J trains) are available! They are $760 and $785. The apartment features washer and dryer, a lot of space (for storage or rehearsals or concerts), a very comfy couch in the living room and a pull-out guest couch in the basement, four bathrooms, a back yard, lovely flower arrangements in the dining area, a roof (if you don't mind climbing ladders) and a wide variety of good-to-live-with roommates. I've been here for a year and am happy with it!
The utilities that are not included in the rent (electricity and wifi) run about $30-$40 per month and we're looking for someone to sign an 11 month lease.
