Room Available in Bushwick Apartment

The room is for rent for the month of June only (June 1st move in). The bedroom comes unfurnished.
The sublease is to cover the final month on our formal lease (as our one roommate is moving out a month early (on 5/31). This sublease is for the month of June only: (6/1 - 6/30).

This 8'x10' room features dark hardwood floors, an exposed brick wall, a large window and closet. Ceilings are 8' 3" in height. The kitchen/ common space features a full sized gas stove/oven and dishwasher. The building itself features roof access with a gorgeous view of the Manhattan skyline; washer/ dryer available in the basement, and is located directly across the street from Maria Hernandez Park. The apartment is on the second floor of a 4-floor walkup.

The Jefferson stop on the L-train is just one block away, with the M-train also within walking distance.

A large 24 hour grocery is located at the end of the block as well as a fruit market, and laundromat. You'll be within walking distance of Roberta's, Queen, Cafe Bunna, and a host of other nice restaurants, cafes, and bars.

We’re not neat freaks, but like to keep the common spaces clean. We’re pretty laid back, friendly, and easy to get along with. The two of us (along with the roommate who has moved out) have lived together for some time now and has proven to be a great fit.

This is 1 bedroom available in a 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment.

We are two males (both queer), but we have no preference on the gender of our new roommate. The room is $910 (all utilities are included: gas / heat/ water/ electric/ wifi). We’d require June's Rent and deposit up front. No live-in couples; no smoking; 1 mo. rental only.

Works in Architecture field. Easy-going human with interests including: guitar, outdoors, cycling, cooking, and going out dancing (when we're allowed to do that). Aspiring plant Dad.
