Hi,

I have a private room available to rent that is already fully furnished and ready to go. This room, located on the first floor of my loft (that I sometimes refer to as my "tree-house"), is settled into a simple space to share with very friendly, professional/ goal oriented roommates.

Apt comes complete with full access to common areas ~ a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, upstairs lounge (as pictured), private patio, as well as, heat/ ac unit, high speed internet... all the basic necessities one needs. The apt. is also nice because it is arranged in an open yet comfy setting that receives a lot of natural sunlight. The goal is to support the welfare of the household~ so everyone has the chance to chill, cook, work, and catch up on some sleep in-between the shifts of our busy and rotating schedules.

It is a safe and sober home, not a party house nor encourages traffic. We are clean, respect people's space & practice social distancing. We all strive to create peace and positive communication, not drama. Though the apt can hold up to six roomies, there are usually no more than three people here at a time. I am constantly working to improve the quality of my home, yet my cats win the prize in creating the spark of the environment. lol!

Our building has a passenger elevator, an enclosed storage space for mail and packages, laundry rooms, and great security. Though our special features are our renovated rooftop that over looks the entire Manhattan skyline, a downstairs bar and a karate studio!! Yes, it's unique here! :)

We are located in the heart of a popular, awesome, warm community with plenty of great cafes, grocery store, bars, restaurants, art galleries, music venues and much more ... all literally within walking distance... including the L (yes, still runs) and J, M subway lines (and a beautiful bike path over the Williamsburg bridge) whether traveling to Manhattan or the other boroughs.

The monthly rate for this room is $675 (which includes all utilities).
