Bedroom available in amazing newer building right in between the Dekalb L and Knickerbocker M train stops. The room is 10.5' x 12', so it can easily fit a full/queen bed, dresser, desk and chair with room to spare. Has a large closet as well. West-facing window gets a lot of light. The apartment has central heat and AC, a huge patio that runs the length of the apartment, and lots of storage space. Room will be unfurnished but I'm willing to leave my full-size bed frame (like new -- see pics) for free if you want it!

The building has an elevator and one floor down there's a gym and laundry room. Also roof access and optional garage parking. Never have any issue receiving packages. The landlord is terrific -- always friendly and helpful.

Roommate is a male professional, ~30, who surfs a lot. He's a great roommate -- quiet, clean and considerate.

This would be a lease takeover as of Feb 1st, with 6 months left and the option to re-sign in August. I've lived in this building for 8 years and I'm bummed to leave it. At this price, it's a steal given the location, amenities, and excellent landlord. Close proximity to the M train is super convenient when the L is not running.
