The Cutest Top Floor Apartment

Hi!

This room is the cutest. I am moving out at the end of the month and would be willing to sell my furniture to you for $150 (this includes a bed frame, mattress, desk, chair, and multiple shelves).

The current roommates include two girls and one male. There are several plants and a large shared TV, table, and couch/futon in the living space. There are 1.5 bathrooms, the full bathroom has a deep bathtub... perfect if you love a good soak.

Utilities are usually no more than $50 and are paid through venmo to the other roommates. (No set up required!)

There is roof access with a beautiful view of Brooklyn and partial view of the city!

The apartment is right on the JZM line, 2 blocks away.

There is laundry in the basement.

I am moving out, but I am going to miss my roommates. They are 3 young professionals working in brooklyn and the city, named Nina, Whitney, and Tyler. These are the best roommates I've ever had! The space is always clean and they are always respectful of noise.

They would like to find another clean roommate with a positive attitude and love for good energy. <3
