One of the best features of the apartment is the private patio/garden with a lawn. It's worth coming by just to take a look.

We are in the SE part of Bushwick, 3 blocks from Irving Square Park. There are fancy places as well as cheap shops and restaurants in each direction.

4 blocks to Wilson L and 5 blocks to Halsey J.

There are 3 bedrooms on the first floor (one is for rent,) and the 3rd roommate has the lower level/basement to himself.

Audio engineer on commercials. Paints, draws, and plays the ukulele in his spare time. Currently out of town so really you will just have 2 roommates for a while.

Clean and respectful. Must be willing to help water the lawn and clean or contribute to hiring a cleaner. Ideally you don't work from home, but we can talk about it.
