There is a dishwasher. Finally an amazing roof terrace with great views of the city with a grill.

The room is furnished with a bed and bed side table and also has a large closet. The kitchen has been renovated with all appliances and the building has washer / dryer also along with 2 additional small storage rooms in the basement and in building trash.

The Central Ave M train is 4 minutes walk. The Jefferson on the L is a 7 minute walk and the Morgan L and Mytrle J are both under 10 minutes walk away. Restaurants such as Roberta's, The Living Room and Archies are all five minutes away and you are spoilt for choice with TONS of bars. There are two large competitively priced grocery stores within 3 blocks.

The current room mates are quiet and respectful young professionals. A software Engineer, Graphic Designer and Business Development Manager. If you are like minded then this could be the perfect spot for you. Rent is $1220 per months and Internet, Gas and Internet is extra and normally comes to around $50 per person per month. You will have opportunity to take over the lease when it is over (next May).
