So sad to leave this amazing apartment after living here for 2 years but it could be yours!!
I'm looking for someone to take over the lease for a MASSIVE KING sized bedroom with PRIVATE bathroom in a huge 5 BR 5. 5 BATH (full bathroom & built in closet in each room) duplex! 3 minute walk to the J train Halsey station.
You'll be taking one of the two master bedrooms in the duplex which is upstairs. Theres' another entrance second floor with intercom. The bedroom is seriously so big you can fit anything in here. I have a Queen sized bed, a desk, full garment rack on top of the built in closet, an industrial sewing machine, a bookshelf and coffee table, and there's still plenty of space!
We have a backyard, our own laundry unit downstairs in the basement and two big living spaces in both the first and second floor, with a sleek stainless steel kitchen on the 1st. The rent is $1050 per month with minimum 1 year lease. There are two girls and two guys in the house!
Move-in date is May 15 but can be flexible if you'd like to move in sooner!
