My name is Naj. My husband and I are property managers for a two-family home. The apartment space being rented is a three bedroom two bathrooms. It has washer/dryer, WiFi, street parking available, and surround air (for cool and hot air) throughout the entire house. The apartment also comes with two separate kitchens and entrances! The first floor is fully furnished. The second floor isn?t and the entire location newly renovated. The price breakdown is as follows:

Studio section $3,100/month
First floor apartment $2,200/month

This all utilities EXCEPT electricity is included. This apartment is perfect for a group of three working professionals who want to room together and have a certain level of privacy.

Serious inquiries only. We are looking for persons who are young professions or a progressive family who can comfortably pay their portion of the rent with NO DRAMA. We want persons who are neat, tidy and respectful as the certain areas are shared spaces such as the kitchens and washer/dryer and bathroom as there are two and three bedrooms.
