The apartment is available from July 1st (dates are flexible). The lease ends on August 31st with an opportunity to renew.
The rent is $1,800 a month. Water and heat are included. (The landlord is wonderful and only raised the rent $50 last year).
This apartment is below market rate and has a private outdoor space.
The apartment will come unfurnished unless you are interested in any of my furniture which I am willing to sell. (You can have the patio furniture for free)

The apartment is on a beautiful street with an amazing location. It is a 5 min walk to subway R/2/3/4/5. And a short walk to the Brooklyn Heights Promenade and Brooklyn Bridge Park.
The apartment is continently located two blocks away from restaurant, cafes, and grocery stores.
