We are looking to rent out the garden level studio apartment of our beautiful brownstone for the month of February. It's your own private oasis with a private entrance under the stoop with mudroom, limestone bathroom, and bedroom that is totally separate from the main part of the house. There is no kitchen in the studio, but the studio is connected to the main part of the house and you are welcome to use our large kitchen as you wish which is on the same floor on the other side of the connecting door through the pantry. We also have a WASHER/DRYER upstairs that you are welcome to use!

Three ladies live in the main part of the house - 2 arts professionals aged 27 and 46 and 1 therapist, aged 62. We do have two adorable cats that will go into the kitchen, but they never enter the studio apartment. If you are looking for a furnished room for a month this is the perfect place for you! The bed is a very comfortable Avery Boardman sofa bed (we have been renting on Airbnb for some weekends and have a 5-star super host rating and everyone says how surprised by how comfortable the bed is!) with a very comfortable topper on top. We will give you a brand new mattress pad as well as clean sheets and pillows unless you'd prefer to bring your own. There is also ample shelving and a double door closet for your belongings. The block is one of the best in the city., it's a very quiet (you can sleep with the windows open!) and convenient location just a few minutes walk from the 2,3,4,5, R, F, A, C, G trains and a ton of buses as well as Trader Joes, Sahadi's, and a ton of fantastic restaurants and local stores.
