Hello all! I am seeking a roommate for the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment im currently in. The bed room comfortably fits a queen bed and a desk with a large window that brings in sunshine basically from sunrise to sunset. The room also comes with a private en-suite bathroom and a large soaking tub. The building is fairly new (less than 10 years) and all the appliances are also new. Remote controlled HVAC means you can always keep your space at whatever temp you'd like. The living room/dining area/open kitchen are also very roomy with lots of counter space and a large TV. Stainless steel fridge and electric stove. The neighborhood is fairly quiet family friendly area nestled between to active avenues (flatbush ave and Nostrand ave). Transportation is the 2 and 5 train (Beverly road station), b49, b41, b44 and the Q a little further up.
