2BR Apartment in East Williamsburg!

Hi 👋🏼 my name is Claudia. Unfortunately I’m giving up my amazing apartment in East Williamsburg and moving out of the city. I’m trying to find 2 people or 1 person who would like to take over my lease starting May 1st. Rent would be $3500. My landlord is asking for good credit and the tenet make 40x the rent.
There are two large bedroom. One bedroom is massive. Can fit a queen size bed with room for more furniture. The room has a private entrance. A closet and 2 large windows that let in lots of sunlight.
The second room is smaller but still considered large. Can fit up to a queen bed with room for some furniture. The room has a huge walking closet. This room also has two large windows that let in tons of light.
This apartment is a third floor walk up. The apartment has a kitchen, with full size appliances and granite counter tops. And lots of cabinets for extra storage.
There is a common space area depending on how you’d like to arrange the space.
There is a shared bathroom that is all tiled. The bath tub is large and deep and the shower head is amazing!
The nearest trains are the M/J from either Broadway or Lorimer, this is about a 5 minute walk. The next closest train is the L in Montrose and that is less than a 10minute walk. The third train we’re closest to is the G train on Broadway and takes abo it 10 minutes to walk there.
The area is very lively and has many options for grocery stores, laundry, restaurants, pharmacy’s, cafes, bars etc. all within a short walking distance.
I’ve lived in the area since 2015 and I can honestly say I love it so much! I personally have no complaints. If you’re interested I can direct you to my landlord. Also if you’re interested in staying one month I can arrange that too.
