Current roommate moving out ending of March

Hello, My name is Nathalie. I current a roommate along with 3 other roommates. One of the roommates will be leaving end of March. We all are looking for a replacement for the room. Details about the room: it is a large room. Monthly rent is $968 monthly plus first month $968. Utilities are not included and are divided by 4 people gas National Grid is usually $78.00, Con Edison is usually $111.00 and Wi-Fi is $24.00 depending on how much is being used. Also, the gas and electric is under Yusuf name. Wi-Fi is under Mo name. There is a $25 credit check. Each room comes with a private bathroom. Only will be sharing the kitchen space. I’m one of the newer roommates who came January 3, 2025. Roommate Abdou been here for 3 years. Roommate Yusuf been here for 1 year + and roommate that is leaving been here fir a year.
