Our Kensington apartment is super comfortable and well located. Right off the Church Ave G/F and only 15 minutes from Prospect Park, and plenty of great food and grocery options right nearby!
My roommate and I are both quiet people who love reading, cooking, and the outdoors. We both work full time. We appreciate someone who is able to clean up after themselves and maintain the chill atmosphere of the place.
The bedroom itself is quiet and at the back of the apartment with lots of sunlight! Also comes furnished with all the furniture as pictured (no additional cost), but anything can be gotten rid of if preferred.
The living room is a great space but in progress (that couch will be replaced!)
The rent is month to month, but very much long term, the roommate leaving has lived here for around 10 years. We would request people be interested in staying at least 6 months. Utilities + internet come to no more than $100 a month each.
