I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a brand-new apartment in Bed-Stuy starting as soon as you want. As long as the ad is active the room is still open! The lease runs until the end of July with an option to renew. It’s a great spot with a private bathroom, and the building has a ton of amenities, including a laundry room, gym, pet grooming room, two lounges, a rooftop lounge, a screening room, a package room, bike storage, and secure parking. The apartment itself is modern, with A/C and heating in each room, a dishwasher, and plenty of space. The apartment was built last year so everything is new and updated.

The rent is currently $1154/month because of a lease deal (new building), though the regular price is around $1,450. Once the lease ends, it would return to the normal rate, but for now, it’s a really solid price for everything included.

You’d be living with two guys—one works in finance, and the other is a bartender. Both are chill and easygoing. I’m moving out because I won a rent-stabilized place through the NY housing lottery, and it’s too good of a deal to pass up. Let me know if you’re interested at all and I can schedule showings!

I’ve really enjoyed this place and would love to finish my lease, but with the new apartment it only makes sense to help someone take my place and enjoy this really nice apartment.
