Very small sunny room available for rent after November 25, 2025 (for a long term roommate!). The room is in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom duplex. Very small 7.6 ft x 8.8 ft room is on the second floor with wood floors, one rear garden facing window and ceiling fan. Bathroom is on first floor and shared with roommate in Room C (male). Includes all utilities, WiFi, free laundry and garden access. No smoking of any substance, no vaping of any substance, no illegal drugs, no parties, must clean up after yourself (no dirty dishes, no crumbs, wipe up, sweep, mop), must recycle and compost per NYC regulations. Quiet hours between 10 pm and 10 am. Three roommates total (other 2 roommates are male) plus married owners stay in the apt when in Brooklyn. 180 day minimum stay, longer term roommates preferred. Month to month after 180 days, 30 days notice, one month security. Paperwork and lease. After November 25, we can show on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays (afternoons/evenings). Sorry, no pets.
