This is a quiet, smaller building that contains three other apartments: two downstairs and two upstairs. The building is safe and offers plenty of privacy.

My apartment is on the top floor with a view of the front street entrance. My neighbors are all friendly and very quiet. I have lived here for twelve years.

There is a large tree in front of the building, standing tall outside the bedroom window, adding extra privacy and a touch of nature.

The supermarket is conveniently located on this block, perfect for carrying groceries a short distance. There are also options just two more blocks away:
