We’re a three bedroom on the top floor of a beautiful pre-war building with exposed brick and ultra high ceilings. Comes furnished, with all furniture shown including a queen size bed and air-conditioning. The building is quiet and secure. All utilities, cleaning supplies, soap and even toilet paper are included in the price. Only a/c is extra during the summer months-but optional. Washer and dryer located on same street. I also have a Nespresso machine if you like coffee.
I have lived in this apartment for almost 10 years and the neighborhood is a gem! Happy to answer any questions. The apartment is a 4 min walk to the A/C subway station at Nostrand ave. You can be in Manhattan in as little as three subway stops It’s a 10 min walk to the 2 & 3 subway station. Nearest laundry is on the same street and is 1 min walking distance from the front of our building. There’s a grocery store- Wholesome Foods a 2 min walk away. We are also walking distance to Van Leween Ice cream parlor and tons of cute little shops and eateries.
I work from home a few set days each week and am looking to rent to someone with a similar full time, consistent 9 to 5 ish weekday schedule. Very open to hybrid/someone working from home days that I’m in office and vis versa if desired. Someone with an inconsistent work schedule outside of the typical 9-5 weekday theme, or strictly work from home wouldn’t be a good fit for this rental. Always looking to collaboratively share the space with a good communicator. Huge bonus if you like plants.
