Perfect PRIVATE Weekday Rental

My wife and I own a beautiful renovated one bedroom apartment in Bed-Stuy. It is available for your exclusive occupancy Monday-Friday. We will occupy the apartment on the weekends. (Based on your needs we can adjust the arrangement, but would like it to be consistent for the duration of the lease agreement.)

We will never cross paths - you will have the apartment TO YOURSELF throughout the week. We will require the house to be cleaned and ready for our arrival upon your departure, including removing your linens from the bed so we can replace with our own. We will do the same for you, so that you have a fresh slate each week. If you'd like we can split the cost of a third-party cleaning person for this purpose.

The house features fast wifi, a 70" smart TV with HBO, Hulu, Apple TV, etc., a completely renovated modern kitchen with high-end appliances including a Thermador Gas Range and stove, dish washer, and marble waterfall island with stools. The bedroom has a queen bed and built-in storage and bedside tables. There is a washer-dryer in the unit, a rainfall shower head, and toto toilet. Windows in every room as well as Fujitsu air conditioning in the bedroom and living room.

The building is half a block from the G train, and features coffee shops, restaurants, a top-notch wine store, and is one block from a beautiful park. Close to everything and a quick trip into the city.
