Large Room w/ Private Balcony & W/D in Brooklyn

We have an apartment with 3 bedrooms and are looking to full one more room. It is a large room with a private balcony and a closet with shelf space. .There is plenty of room for a double bed, desk, and a dresser in the room. In the unit we have a furnished living room and kitchen, and a bathroom. There is a washer /dryer and an air conditioner in the unit. All utilities are included in the rent except internet (which is about $30/month/roommate). The apartment is a 3rd floor walk-up. We are about a 7 minute walk from the B/Q subway lines and a 15 minute walk to the F subway line.

We are two 23 year old females who like game nights, trivia, Disney, marvel, theatre, and a variety of other interests! We are very social and friendly, yet quiet and respectful of each other’s privacy. Whether you want to be friends or just pass by in the common areas is fine with us! We are both non smokers. I am a PhD student going to school in Manhattan for speech, language, and hearing science, and my roommate Tasha is a professional who works mostly from home as a retention marketing assistant.
