This is a fantastic opportunity for a new roommate in our 3-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom apartment in Park Slope, Brooklyn, near Gowanus. Situated on the 15th floor, this apartment offers breathtaking city views. We are looking for a responsible and mature professional roommate (30s, 40s preferred, etc) who can commit for at least 12 months from September 1, 2025. The rent will be $1590 per month. The room is approx 10.2" x 12.10"

The bedroom is cozy yet spacious, with good closet space. You'll share the apartment with two roommates and one cat—single people only -- no couples. A cat or a dog could work as long as they can get along with the current residents.

Occasional low-key get-togethers with a few friends will work, but big parties won't. The current roommates are extremely approachable and friendly but generally do their own thing.

The apartment has wood floors and a large, open kitchen/living/dining area (with a small balcony) overlooking sunsets over the New York harbor. The kitchen has lots of counter space and a dishwasher and is excellent for cooking.

We are looking for a professional or artist in their 30s or 40s who will appreciate and contribute to the friendly environment here—no smoking in the apartment.

This is an excellent location in Park Slope. You are one block from the R, F, and G trains at the 4th Ave / 9th St subway station. 5th Avenue has many great restaurants, gyms, cafes, coffee shops, and more. Prospect Park is only .7 miles up the hill.

Heat and hot water are included in the rent. You will be responsible for your share of electricity, gas, and internet, usually between $50-$60 total per person per month (depending on usage). Laundry is in the basement of the building. There is a waitlist for parking in the underground garage.
