One bedroom available for immediate rent in a 3 bedroom apartment.

Occupants:
- 1x couple (cis male and cis female)
- 1x additional roommate (cis male)
*Mix race between Hispanic/Black*

Dogs:
1x Lab mix
1x Golden Retriever

We are all very friendly and welcoming of ALL types of people. Please do not inquire if that will be a concern for you. We mostly stay in our rooms, playing games or watching movies/shows but occasionally will hang out in the kitchen making dinner. We are all working professionals/students with two roommates currently working from home.

There are two dogs in the apartment but they are kept in their respective rooms at all times (except when we're cooking). They're friendly with all people and dogs, even when they meet them for the first time.

Apartment/Room for Rent:
The bedroom for rent is 12x12 with large windows + closet. There is no AC in the room but you can install one. The room also includes a mirror, fan and bookshelves, if needed. In the kitchen, all appliances and kitchen tools are welcome for use (Example, air fryer, coffee machine etc.)! We also have a portable washer which you are more than welcome to use to wash clothes. It can wash everything but comforters.

- 7-10 Minute walk from Q/B train.
- 15 Minute walk to 2/5 train
- 7 Minute walk to Cortelyou Rd, full of cafes, restaurants and bars
- 20 Minute walk to Prospect Park

Utilities:
Included - Internet, Water
Not included and split between all roommates - Gas, Electric

Applicant:
- Must be a working professional
- If moving out, must alert us one month in advance
- Must be okay with dogs
- Clean after themselves when in common areas
- Bathroom is cleaned by each roommate every two weeks (alternating).
- Visitors/Overnight guests welcomed as long as you let us know in advance
- MUST be LGBTQ+ and all ethnicities/religions friendly.
