1 Bedroom In A 2 Bedroom Modern Renovation

-I'm looking for a roommate in the 2nd room of this 2 bedroom apartment in the heart of Prospect Lefferts Gardens. It's located on a side street 2 blocks away from the Prospect Park B / Q train stop and 3 blocks away from the Sterling Street 2 / 5 train. And of course, it's only blocks away from Prospect Park!

- The rent is $1015 a month. Heat is included and an AC unit is also included. The split for utilities usually comes out to $60 a person. It's a month to month deal but long term tenants are preferred. Please note that the photos of the available bedroom were taken before my current roommate moved in. His furniture is still in the room at the moment. It's also a 4th floor walk up.

- I'm a 38 year old male videographer that enjoys playing guitar(electric guitar not plugging into an amp), long bike rides and reading. I keep a 9-5 schedule for the most part but I do work from home at times; probably one or two days a week. I also have a membership at a co-working space.
