The apartment:
Entire basement floor available in huge duplex in Crown Heights. Includes huge living room connected to separate bedroom and private bathroom. The bedroom has closet with installed shelving and living room area has built-in cabinetry and large closet for other storage. Other amenities include laundry in-unit and private backyard. The basement keeps pretty cool in the summers and the building has good heat in the winters. The ground floor portion of the apartment has very large kitchen with pantry closet, another living room shared as common space, and the 2 bedrooms we live in. Ideal for someone who needs a studio space for work or a couple.

The apartment is an 8 minute walk from the A/C Utica stop, and a 15 min walk to the 3/4/5 lines. We’re close to several supermarkets, bus stops, and a short walk to cute restaurants and bars in Bed Stuy. The neighborhood is rapidly changing so its rare to find a space this big. The building is 3 units owned by the same person, and we’re all 20’s -30’s working, chill, opened-minded folks.

About us:
We’re a 20’s and 30’s couple looking for someone (couples okay too) chill, reasonably clean, open-minded. Ideally, we’d like a mid 20’s - mid 30’s person who is regularly employed and keeps reasonably busy with hobbies. We’re pretty quiet and love spending our time cooking, watching movies, and playing video games and D&D with friends over the internet. Our landlord is a really nice, chill guy who lives in Queens. Two cats used to live in the apartment and we’re thinking about getting one of our own in the future. The apartment is animal friendly on approval by the landlord.

Available for April 1 move-in, we can show the apartment anytime over video, or scheduled social distance viewings on appointment (everyone in the apartment is vaccinated)!
