Hi there! We're Caleb & Andrea, artist duo couple in our mid 20s based in Williamsburg. We love dogs, food, movies, art, music and are clean and respectful. We're looking for a roommate for our new apartment.

It's a beautiful, large loft with tons of light on a quiet street near a lot of great bars and restaurants.

There's a very large shared living room/kitchen with lots of light and plenty of pantry space. Two balconies to ventilate while cooking and a mini herb garden on the balconies for cooking. Kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, gas oven and stovetop. The apartment has a smart thermostat and central AC and heat. We're offering the downstairs area, which has a hallway with your own home office, bathroom, and bedroom with private balcony. There's also a washer and dryer in the unit. We have a fully furnished, large private rooftop with the Manhattan skyline and a projector that you're free to use whenever to hang with friends, BBQ, whenever you would like.

We are near the L, G, J, and M trains. There’s also usually parking nearby. If you're interested, we're happy to give you a tour of the space and we would love to meet you!
