Sunny, quiet bedroom on Prospect Park

We have a room available in a great apartment on Prospect Park and one block from the subway, theater, deli, laundry, etc.
We are looking for a considerate and responsible person to sublet in a share with 3 creative professionals. We are looking for someone who is fun and easy-going but also committed to keeping the apartment clean. You would be sharing a kitchen and bathroom as well as a living room that has a direct view onto prospect park. The room has a window overlooking Prospect Park. The room has great natural light. We have a dishwasher and projector in the living room.

Rent includes utilities (cable internet, gas, and electric). We require the first month's rent plus deposit and references. We are looking for someone for any time starting in December. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
