Sunshine, high ceilings & good vibes

We are three neat (but not neat-freak) ladies 28-31 seeking an additional roommate for our lovely Bed-Stuy oasis beginning 2/1. It's in a very cute, walkable neighborhood with plenty of coffee shops and restaurants, 8 min walk from Utica Ave A/ C trains along several bus lines as well. It's the top floor of a four-story, four unit building; four bedrooms with two bathrooms.

The room itself has so much sunshine, a generous closet, three windows, built-in desk and is furnished with a full-sized bed, dresser and nightstand should you desire them (if not the blank slate is all yours). More pics are available upon request.

You'd be sharing quarters with a full-time non-profit customer service employee/ part-time economics BA student, a graphic designer who hails from Texas, a new transplant from Colombia in communications, and many house plants. We're very chill, all working from home at the moment, but two of us spend days at a time at our BFs' in the area. We maintain a good balance of being there for one another and not being up in the beeswax.

We're COVID-conscious so would like to arrange for an initial video chat so you can meet everyone and get a closer look at the space. If we jibe, would love to welcome you in-person.
