Bayridge Apt

My roommate and I are looking for a third person to share our apartment. The room is available now and we're hoping to fill the space by January 1st. We are LGBTQ friendly and have a cat. Other cats are fine, but no dogs.

Quiet home with two full time working Women, and house cat. Home is spacious, large kitchen, good size bathroom, lightly used living room/dining area.

The bedroom is furnished with a full-size loft bed, a couple chairs and a bookcase. The room measures about 10x13 and has a closet. The living room is quite large, and we have a balcony. There's no laundry in the building, but there are laundromats nearby, as well as plenty of shopping and restaurants. We're about a five minute walk from the R train.

I work in real estate and am at my office five day a week. My roommate works from home as a freelance cartoonist.. Neither of us smoke or do drugs; We drink moderately. We're pretty quiet and clean. Utilities and internet are not included and come to around $50/month per person.
