Master BR with private full bath and W/D

Hello,

We're looking for someone to replace me in our apartment in Williamsburg as I'm going to live closer to my gf.

There are already 3 girls in the apt who are absolutely lovely, very clean and respectful (brazilians and americans). In terms of vibe, it's a good balance between peace and having dinner / evenings etc together from time to time.

Here is a quick description of the place:
- the apt is brand new, and fully equipped (all the roommates like cooking so there's everything already)
- we all share internet, tv, common stuff (we have everything haha, hulu, hbo, netflix, disney+) etc
- there is a washer / dryer in unit
- there is a free storage room
- there is a bike storage room (it's $10 / month)
- this room has a big private full bathroom
- the apt is located very close to Graham on the L, it takes like 10 mins to get to Union Square and less than 10 mins walk from Lorimer.
- there is Cooper park right next to the apt which is really nice (and multiple grocery stores around, bodegas, bars, etc)
- I can live the bed in the room for free, otherwise it'll be taken away before your arrival

The room is available January 1st, but it's possible to take it before as I'll probably move around December 20th :)

No fees, it just takes $1000 for the security deposit + the 1st month
