Beautiful renovated apartment in 2012 fully furnished. My room will be empty when you move in.

3 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms - you will share one bathroom and with another roommate.

2 other roommates, both female, 20s/30s.

We all work from home due to the pandemic.

You have to love dogs, there is a yorkie in the room next to mine. Very friendly and cute that you will interact with often.

The lease resign will require 700 and above credit score with an income above $50k or a guarantor with similar requirements

Gas, Heat, Wifi and Electric total about $100-$150 depending on the season, higher in the summer due to AC.

Water is included in the rent

Associated Grocery store two blocks up

Apartment size - 1000 sq feet

Room size - can fit queen/ full bed, larger dresser and chair. My closet is small however there is a shared larger closet outside the door (see photo)

Due at signing - 1st month $850 plus $825 deposit plus $75 for furniture transfer in the living room, NO FEE

Total rent is $2575 for all roommates
