3 Rooms, 2 Bathrooms

You know, I think the best thing about this place is that it's one block away from the train station. That's very convenient for those who are used to walking longer distances.

I also want to mention that other than the fridge, stove, microwave, and the dishwasher, the place is not furnished. The place has three rooms and two bathrooms. It's brand new, completed this month, I've yet to move in. The rooms do have AC, which you can control, and the building also has gym, and a laundromat. The laundry is coin operate though, but the gym is free.

The neighborhood is in Park Slope, or Gowanus. Depending on which map you look at. Prospect Park from my estimation (my walking speed) is about a 12 minute walk away. The Prospect Ave R Train Station is one block away, as well as the B37 bus, which both can be taken to Atlantic Avenue. (3 stops away.) There's a highway across the building, which I kind of like because lowers the possibility of noisy neighbor blasting loud music.

This is the most crucial part, because the roommates have to live together. I would not like a situation where one person is avoiding the other because the other is ultra annoying and oblivious to their surroundings. That becomes and insane distraction that affects every other aspect of your life. So the most important thing to me is self awareness, open and honest communication.
