1 Room Available in 3BR Modern Apartment

Hey there! :) We're two creatives looking to sublet the third room in our modern amenity-rich apartment.

- The unit itself has Central AC, dishwasher, open plan common area.
- basement parking/bike storage option

Room: Both of us are on the lease so you would be subletting from us; we would need for you to sign an occupancy agreement. The room itself has floor-to-ceiling windows, a built-in closet and can fit a queen (would recommend a full so you have more space for a desk, lamps, etc.). If you prefer furnished, we can prepare a bed for you :)

Roommates: You'd be living with me (Yumi) and Nana. I am a 29-year-old photographer from Tokyo, currently studying at SVA. I like traveling, exploring and spending time in nature. Nana is also 29, he works in marketing, enjoy nature and appreciate honesty, kindness and good vibes. Hobbies vary from kickboxing, travel and theater, to just chilling with a book (or Netflix) and a beer. We both like wine and hikes - maybe you'd like to join us? :)
