Hi fellow roomies,

Henry, Keilah and super cute cat Waimea here. We are a young, professional couple with 2 rooms available in our fantastic, ground floor, split level apartment, in Bedstuy, Brooklyn. We?ve lived at the apartment for the last 2 years.

The 2 bedrooms open for a flexible sublease, are available September 1st. We will have the downstairs with a half bathroom, and the available rooms are on the upper level of the apartment, separated by a full bathroom.

Full Size Bedroom (Single Closet) - $800 (all bills included) - 1st month and matching security deposit to move in.

Queen Size Bedroom (Double Closet) - $875 (all bills included) - 1st month and matching security deposit to move in (pics to come, but much the same as bedroom pic, just larger)

Both rooms are clean, sanitized and unfurnished (COVID).

We require 6 months bank statements or paystubs/proof of earnings.

Flexible sublease. 6 month+ preferred but we can go month to month. We ask for 1 months notice before leaving and help finding a roommate to fill the room.

The apartment building is code/cam entry, with rooftop access, in a great, safe location. 1 block from the Franklin A/C/S train (15mins to Manhattan,) 8 min walk to Nostrand Ave A/C and Nostrand overground (30mins to JFK Airport).

There are 3 supermarkets within 3 blocks of the apartment building, as well as a laundromat, a wealth of great organic delis, restaurants, bars, dry cleaners, gyms, and shops - 2 to 5 mins walk from the doorstep.

About us - We are chill, sane, friendly and very clean. We don?t discriminate. We?ve taken COVID and isolation seriously. We pay our rent and bills on time, every time. We respect people?s space and privacy. We?ve never been a ?party? household. Both of us (outside of COVID) lead busy lives. Both are part time servers. Henry is half of a pro national touring band - not unusual to be gone many weeks/months of the year. We have a cute, shy little calico cat named Waimea. She mostly keeps to herself unless you make the effort to become friends. If you think you?d be a good fit, drop us a message and we?d be happy to set up a safe viewing for you at the apartment.
