We have loved living in this spacious 4 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in a charming Brownstone, located only a few blocks from Prospect Park and Brooklyn Museum! Changes to our circumstances means we are moving to various parts of the country and so will no longer be renting this space. Looking for folks to sign on for the whole unit!
The entire building (four units in total) was meticulously redone a little over 5 years ago, including new plumbing, electrical, and heating systems.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and features an open plan arrangement with the living room, dining room, and kitchen sharing a large space. The kitchen and bathrooms are modern with high-end finishes, fixtures, and appliances. Even has a dishwasher and in-unit washer/dryer!
