A room, a cat, a garden

Room in a two bedroom, first-floor, pre-war home with a backyard. Your bedroom (13 ft x 9) looks out onto the living room and kitchen and captures much of the sunlight which flows through. It comes with a ceiling fan, long closet and sliding mirror doors. It has additional storage above (useful for clunky things like suitcases).

Pros:
You?ll get to live with the friendliest cat on Earth, Sammy, a. k.a Mr. Meow.
Beautiful backyard which is wonderful for relaxing, gardening, or eating meals alfresco.
We have an air conditioner installed in the living room which does a great job of cooling your room, so long as you keep either the doors or shutters somewhat open. The fan helps, too.
Very quiet!
Wine fridge in the hallway
New washer and dryer in the cellar.
Internet included
Only one other tenant in the building.
We have all the little things you?ll probably need, from tools to cleaning stuff to kitchen utensils.
Did I mention it?s on the first floor?

Cons:
Your room doesn?t have its own window, but it does have shutters which let in lots of light from the (very sunny) living room.
The bathroom is shared, but is nevertheless quite nice with lots of storage and has a seated shower!
