The apartment is a 4 bed/1 bath located in Brooklyn?a 5 min walk from the Myrtle Ave.-Broadway JZM stop. The room is spacious (large enough to fit a full, a desk, and a clothing rack with room to spare) and gets tons of light during the day time. You will have 3 great girls for roommates and the landlord is very responsive to any issues/questions you may have.
Laundromat is across the street with free pickup/drop off service. 2 grocery stores nearby within walking distance. The neighborhood is quiet, but tons of bars and restaurants are close by and within walking distance.
