Living room space has nice furniture, lots of plants and books (but no television). South-west facing windows let in amazing sunlight. Apartment comes with a fancy ductless split system that allows each room to control its own temperature (heat and AC). Private entrance with coat and shoe racks in the hall outside.

THE LOCATION
Right off 5th Ave. and 18th St. in quiet South Slope. 1 block from the R train at Prospect Ave and an eight minute walk to the G train at 4 ave - 9 st. station. From the apartment it?s a 3 minute walk to Greenwood Cemetery and 12 minute walk to Prospect Park. Laundromat, grocery store, bodega, wine store and coffee shop are all less than 1 block away, and there are tons of restaurants and bars along 5th Ave with even more along 6th and 7th Ave with Park Slope being right next door.

THE RENT

I?m a 30 y/o male working full-time as a brand strategist at a design studio, currently WFH. In ?normal? times, I work fairly long hours and maintain a busy social life with friends and my girlfriend, so I?m not always around. I?m super conscientious of shared space and prefer to keep a comfortable, cozy and clean home. Looking for someone who values the same things.

Ideal roommate is in their 30s, works full time and has their own life. Friends or SOs more than welcome anytime but absolutely no partying at home. This is a quiet, shoeless refuge.
