Spacious Room Available Move In ASAP!

Large, spacious room available for immediate move-in! The room is roughly 20800 sq ft, can easily fit a queen sized bed and still leave lots of room for other furnishings. looking for one roommate to fill the room (sorry no couples).

My roommate moved out to live with her boyfriend so I am looking for someone to take her place ASAP! Rent is $1300/month and security deposit is $1300 (so $2600 upon move-in). Utilities are roughly $100-150/month depending on the season and how much you cook.

The apartment is actually a three bedroom, but one of the rooms has been converted into a living room. This has allowed for a lot privacy and quiet in the apartment.

The neighborhood is Bedford-Stuyvesant, but we are right in the border of Clinton Hill. The neighborhood is quiet and the trains are about an 8 minute walk away (C and G). The laundromat is located right next door and there?s a citibike dock right around the corner. Other perks of the apartment: dishwasher, bathtub, free in-unit AC, pets allowed (I would prefer smaller pets like cats, small/medium sized dogs), and lots of sunlight. I also have a queen sized mattress available, but can toss it if you have your own mattress.

About me: I?m an easy going girl in my 30s who moved from California about 3.5 yrs ago. I?ve been living in the same apartment all those years and wish to stay here. I work full time and keep to myself, but don?t mind doing dinner and drinks once in awhile with my roommate. I?m clean, quiet, and respectful of other people?s privacy. I don?t mind having guests over as long as I?ve been given an early notice. I look forward to meeting you!
