Calling All Roommates!

Hi! I?m Kristen. My current roommate is relocating at the end of September. I?m looking for a professional single female who would like to share this gorgeous apartment with me. The bedrooms are very large and at opposite ends of the apartment, which is great for privacy. All of the shared spaces are fully furnished so you?d only need to bring your bedroom furniture.

About me, I?m a Social Worker. I work 9-5 and spend approximately every other weekend out on LI with family. I like going shopping & to dinner with friends. However when i?m home i?m pretty chill; typically you?ll find me cooking dinner & then heading to my room for some Netflix. I?m looking for someone who is similar. I?m also very clean/neat and definitely want the same in a roommate.

Side note: As much as I personally love animals, my landlord does not allow them. Speaking of my landlord, she is a dream. She does not live on the property, but is always available at a moment's notice if we need her.

The area is also amazing. Everything you could possibly need, we have! (my personal favorite is Whole Foods). We're also walking distance from Prospect Park which is beautiful in the spring & summer. And the F/G/N/R are less than 2 blocks away.
