Hello!
I have a great sized beautiful, sunny room available for rent starting March 1st, in a wonderful 3 bedroom apartment in South Park Slope. The room available is unfurnished, has a very large mirrored closet with built in shelves which mean you don't need a dresser. It has hardwood floors and extra storage space above the closet. It has a large bright window that faces the west, so sunlight floods the room during the day. The room faces the back of the building so it is incredibly quiet and peaceful. The space is $1050 a month, first months rent and security of one month required to move in. We are looking for someone who is interested in a long term situation.
The rest of the apartment also has hardwood floors, exposed brick, and tile throughout. The shared space is large, well organized, clean and fully furnished. The bathroom is large and bright, with a full tub/shower, and gorgeous black and white tile. We have a galley kitchen, that is fully stocked with all the essentials, full size fridge and a sunny window that lets in tons of light.
You will be living with two professional females who have busy lives but love to share a glass of wine and have a chat. We do value our privacy and wants someone who understands that balance. We consider our home an oasis from the fast paced tempo of NYC and look to unwind and chill out when at home. We are looking for someone who values a peaceful and drama free home. As you can see from the photos, the apartment is clean and organized, we are looking for someone who not only wants the same for the living space, but is willing to pitch in and follow a shared cleaning schedule every two weeks. Pls do not respond to this ad if that is not something you are willing to do.
Park Slope is amazing and you will be near to anything you need. The train, grocery stores, amazing restaurants, and laundry mats are all just a short walk away. You will be a short 20 minute train ride to the city. Also, walking distance to Grand Army Plaza, Prospect Park, Botanic Gardens, Brooklyn Public Library, Brooklyn Museum, Barclays Center and the Atlantic Terminal. Also, a quick subway ride to Caroll Gardens, Cobble Hill, Clinton Hill and Fort Greene as well. You will also be near all transportation at Atlantic Terminal, Brooklyn's largest transportation hub.
Sorry, no couples, no pets.
Pls respond with a little about yourself (age, occupation, schedule) and your situation. I will be responding via email and meeting with people in the next two weeks. Pls note I do not respond to emails without the above information. Good luck on your search!
Thanks :)
