$1200 Crown Heights, Large Bedroom West Facing Win

This is a large bedroom with a closet(including shelving inside/clothing rail), large west facing windows and plenty of power outlets. The unit: central ac and heat(digitally controlled by you and other tenants), the building is fairly new, maybe 5-6 years old, so it is well insulated and the windows allow no draft in the winter. It is a second floor unit(with two floors), only one flight up. Kitchen/dishwasher/washer/drye r/living room/half bath on the first floor. Your bedroom, along with a shared bathroom(with just one other person) are on the second floor. There is also rooftop access(just for this unit) with a finished top. It is a good spot to hangout in the summer. It is quite difficult to find an apartment, with this many amenities for the price.

You will be sharing the house with 3 people, two of which share a room. They are all very nice, open minded and friendly. The couple sharing one bedroom are from Europe and the other moved here from the west coast. The landlord lives downstairs, never pokes into anyones business and is very chill. It is a queer-friendly space, open to anyone who is nice, responsible and easy to live with. There is also a friendly cat.

Security deposit is $1000.
