The Metropolitan House is located on the border of the popular neighborhoods of Williamsburg and East Williamsburg, just a stone?s throw from bustling Metropolitan Avenue.

The Metropolitan House is made up of just four bedrooms in a single-unit apartment, located on the first floor of a classic Brooklyn walk-up. Members enjoy private bedrooms along with a spacious living room and kitchen, as well as ample room for socializing and co-working.

THE BEDROOMS

Your room will be move-in ready, just like the rest of the house; there?s no need to even bring a pillow. There are four bedrooms to choose from in the Metropolitan House, spread over a single first-floor unit and linked by a common living and dining area. Each bedroom features large windows overlooking the neighborhood with plenty of light, as well as a personal closet. This house consists of private rooms only, so you can relax away from the busy rush of city life.

Amenities: memory-foam mattresses, memory-foam pillows, extension cords to your bedside, shelving, hooks, bed linens, towels and closets/organizational tools.
Services: Bed linens and towels will be available for you when you arrive.

THE BATHROOMS

We provide many bathroom essentials, as well. There are two bathrooms for just four bedrooms in the Metropolitan House, so you?ll never have to wait.

Also included: toilet paper and small garbage bags, which will never run out! We also provide hair dryers, so there's no need to bring your own.

LOCATION
This coliving house is ideally located on the border of Williamsburg and East Williamsburg, in the heart of the creative and entertainment scenes of the two neighborhoods. The house is just a few minutes? walk from Metropolitan Avenue, known as a hub of restaurants, cafes and bars, making it the perfect place for weekends and evenings, while still being within close reach of downtown Manhattan.

The nearest subway station is Grand St. on the L train, just a 2-minute walk away, and the G train is just a 7-minute walk from the house at Nassau Avenue. You can be on the Lower East Side in just 11 minutes, Times Square in 26 minutes and Wall Street in 27 minutes, plus multiple bus lines serve the neighborhood.

The neighborhood itself is both vibrant and leafy, with Cooper Park just a 7-minute walk and the famous McCarren Park just a 23-minute walk.

THE SPACE
This recently renovated space features hardwood floors and updated appliances throughout. The kitchen and common areas are spacious compared to the average New York City apartment, with a a large living area and kitchen, both furnished with everything you?ll need for work and play.
